2) What Stays On Your Device
Your Watchlist (Local Storage)
Your saved titles are stored locally in your browser’s Local Storage. This information is not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
3) Third‑Party Services We Use
The Movie Database (TMDB)
Searches and details are fetched from TMDB. Your browser connects directly to TMDB’s API, which may receive technical information like your IP address to deliver results. See TMDB’s terms and privacy documentation for details.
Formspree (Feedback Submissions)
When you send us a message via the Feedback form, your name, email, and message are transmitted to and processed by Formspree so we can reply. See Formspree’s Privacy Policy.
4) Hosting & Server Logs
ShowShelf is a static site deployed on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server logs (e.g., IP address, user agent, timestamps) to deliver and secure the service. We don’t layer on analytics or use logs to profile visitors. See Vercel’s Privacy Policy for more information.
5) Cookies & Similar Technologies
We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies. We rely on essential browser storage only (for your watchlist and basic preferences).
6) Children’s Privacy
ShowShelf isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this page to reflect improvements or changes in our services. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
